Lesson Plans for November 24-26th

***Poetry Pages are due this Tuesday*** I will also accept them on Wednesday, but WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM after this, unless a student is absent!!

***The second IRR is due on December 1st! This is the DAY we return from break-please be prepared!!!***

Monday, November 24th:

MMC: Work on stories in groups. December 1st we will switch stations!
NO HOMEWORK

Language Arts: Journal entry warm up, discuss poetry pages that are due tomorrow as well as Independent Reading Review which is due December 1st, work on Top Secret activity with partner.
HOMEWORK:
Poetry pages and reflections due tomorrow.

Advanced Language Arts: Journal entry warm up, finish Tuesdays with Morrie quiz from Friday, discuss poetry pages that are due tomorrow as well as Independent Reading Review that is due December 1st.

Tuesday, November 25th:

MMC: Work on stories in stations.

Language Arts:
Prefix quiz over the words that use "port", continue/finish Top Secret activity. Teacher will check poetry pages and reflections while students work.

Wednesday, November 26th:

Field trip to IMAX theaters to see Grand Canyon 3-D and Chimpanzees
We will travel with our 6th hours. Upon our return to school, we will view a video on Squanto which has a worksheet with it. Students will stay with their 6th hour and will turn the worksheet in to Mrs. Mayer for a grade!

**Don't forget to bring you IRR on Monday, December 1st**
